Now developer unveils second multi-million pound apartments development for Salford
Plans for a £35m landmark building next to the River Irwell in Salford have been unveiled by Bolton developer Forshaw Land and Property Group.
The proposals for Derwent Street in the Ordsall area, would provide 183 apartments, range from 11 to 27 storeys in height and include a cinema, gym and retail kiosk for residents.
Plans have been submitted to Salford City Council by national planning and development consultancy Lichfields (formerly Nathaniel Lichfield & Partners) on behalf of Forshaws earlier this month.
