YourNews: Children spread Christmas cheer with concert for Derby elderly
ELDERLY residents at Derwent Living's Norbury Court in Allestree were given the gift of song this festive season, when children from Lawn Primary School performed a special Christmas concert.
More than 25 children aged seven to ten-years-old visited the scheme for people over 55 to perform a variety of Christmas carols and bring festive cheer to the local community.
Sandy Bailey, resident manager at Derwent Living Norbury Court said: "This is the sixth year we've held a Christmas concert at Norbury Court and it's always really well ...
