4 East Street in Derby has been let to to VN Nails and Beauty on a 10-year lease by agents FHP Property Consultants.
Miss Le, managing director of VN Nails said:“We are excited to open our second premises in the City of Derby. We are planning to open soon, hopefully in September.”
The premises, currently a Greggs bakery, occupy a busy location within the pedestrianised East Street close to the main bus station and Intu Derby.
