A personal training specialist has launched her own business after using strength training to combat mental health problems with backing from First Enterprise.
Eve Wylie started MEAN Training, based at Leicester’s Frog Island, after using strength training and fitness as a way to overcome her own personal battle with mental health problems. Now she employs three staff and has opened her own studio with all the latest training equipment.
