CONFIDENCE has rebounded after the immediate wobble in the aftermath of the EU referendum, according to East Midlands Chamber.
The business membership group has relied on two surveys to measure sentiment across the region.
It pointed to the monthly index of manufacturing confidence, published by Markit and the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply, which saw the joint-highest rise in the 25-year history of the report, climbing from 48.3 to 53.3.
