Begbies back in the black

A focus on property services has seen insolvency specialist Begbies Traynor return to pre-tax profit, despite insolvency appointments being down on the previous year. The listed company, which has a Nottingham office, described the  year to the end of April as one of "solid progress". The company said lower levels of market activity meant national insolvency appointments were down 9% in the year to March 2016, which had an impact on revenue and profit.
