Custodian REIT snaps up National Grid offices

Leicester-based property investment firm Custodian REIT has bought the offices of National Grid at Castle Donington. The 25,471 sq ft office building is part of a swoop for a £11.5m portfolio, with the other properties located in Cheadle and Wolverhampton.
