Laing O’Rourke to delay £100m East Mids factory

Contracting giant Laing O'Rourke is delaying plans to expand its off-site manufacturing plant in Steetley on the Derbyshire/Nottinghamshire border - despite saying last September it had made the decision to further invest in the East Midlands.
