NG engineers deal for Caunton
A fast-growing East Midlands engineering firm is set to double the size of its office headquarters after NG Chartered Surveyors secured an off-market deal.
Acting on behalf of the Maplebeck Holdings Pension Fund, NG has brokered a deal to acquire the 5,000 sq ft Denison House for Caunton Engineering, one of the UK’s leading full-automated structural steelwork contractors.
