A £200m business has been created following the acquisition of timber roofing supplier John Brash & Co by another roofer, Marley Eternit. The Staffordshire business has acquired John Brash & Co, based in Gainsborough, North Lincolnshire. The deal was worth £13m. John Brash, which manufactures cedar roof shingles, timber decking and scaffold boards, will become integrated into Marley Eternit. Marley Eternit will retain John Brash's site at Gainsborough.
