£55m factory investment to be completed by September

The £55m transformation of the former British Sugar site in Bardney into a Ryvita bakery is expected to be completed within months. Associated British Foods (ABF) expects to create 100 jobs through the investment and said it is making "good progress" with construction. It now expects the site to be commissioned in September. The Bardney cracker factory will act as a sister site to the existing Ryvita factory in Poole, Dorset.
