Roxy Ball Room, the latest bar to open in Nottingham’s food and drink scene, says it has invested £400,000 in transforming 10 Thurland Street which has been sat empty for eight years. The cash injection is reviving the first floor into a bar and restaurant with capacity for 250 and has created 16 new jobs for the city.
