National Justice Museum chief exec to step down

The chief executive of the National Justice Museum and City of Caves, Tim Desmond, is to step down after 12 years. Desmond will leave Nottingham to take up a new role as chief executive of the National Football Museum in Manchester. He leaves after overseeing the expansion of the Museum's learning programmes beyond Nottingham to courts in Manchester and London; delivered the Heritage Lottery Fund refurbishment of the museum and devised the Arts Council National Portfolio Organisation programme.
