Leicester windows firm bought out of administration by former salesman
A former salesman of a Leicester double glazing installer has bought the company out of administration.
The deal comes after Energy & Security, which trades under the name EAS Windows, appointed administrators from Smith Cooper on 31 August.
The company’s work in progress and ongoing order book was sold to JLD Windows, run by Jeet Patel, a former self-employed salesman of EAS Windows.
