Administrators to failed Nottingham firm CE Security say they are looking to "maximise returns in the interests of creditors" after the company collapsed late last month. It has emerged that the business and assets of CE Security were sold to Consortio Security - a company with the same directors - prior to the appointment of FRP Advisory on 31 July.
