Leicester insurance firm posts profits boost
Hastings, the Leicester insurance firm, has posted a healthy rise in profits for the six months to 30 June.
Profits rose by 22% over the period to £86.5, while revenues rose by 22% to £345.2m.
Hastings Direct opened in Leicester in 2015, and employs over 700 people in the city. It said in July it wants to take on 500 more staff.
