Travis Perkins names new chairman
Northampton headquartered builders' merchants Travis Perkins has named its new chairman.
Stuart Chambers will take the chair with effect from November. Chambers will join the Board from 1 September 2017 as a non-executive director and chairman designate and will succeed Robert Walker as chairman when he retires.
Chambers' career includes 13 years at Pilkington plc and NSG Group (which acquired Pilkington in 2006), serving as CEO of both companies.
