East Mids quality assurance firm swoops for German rival
Intertek, the quality assurance provider which has offices in Leicester, Derby and Lincolnshire, has bought German firm KJ Tech Services.
KJ Tech Services is a provider of vehicle, component, lubrication and fuel testing services.
KJ Tech, founded in 1989, is based in Griesheim and employs around 100 people. The business generated revenues of approximately €9.7m in 2016.
