Nottingham training firm wins major restaurant contract

Remit Training, the Nottingham-based firm, has won a contract with a major restaurant group to train apprentices to work across 300 outlets. The Casual Dining Group (CDG), which operates Bella Italia, Café Rouge and Las Iguanas, has announced a national roll out of apprenticeships across chain of 300 restaurants.
