Leicester based SBA, a leading distributors of safety & industrial consumables, has been sold out of administration.
Smith Cooper was appointed administrator on 27 March, and has completed a sale to James Boylan Safety (Ni) (JBS Group) that has protected the jobs of 22 employees.
JBS Group was established in 1944. It is owner-managed, with 120 staff across 8 branches in the UK and Ireland.
