Mortgages advance by 14 per cent at Hinckley & Rugby

Hinckley & Rugby Building Society grew its mortgage advances 14 per cent to £128m in the 12 months to the end of November 2015, up from the previous year’s £112m. Announcing its full year results, Hinckley & Rugby recorded an accelerating growth in its mortgage advances, with the 14 per cent annual rise outpacing the 2013-14 growth of eight per cent. The Society’s current financial year began with a 7.8 per cent growth in its pipeline of mortgage business, which stood at £37.3m (compared to £34.6m a year previously). ...
