JCB wins £9m deal with Nottingham plant hire firm
Staffordshire excavator manufacturer JCB has continued its strong start to 2017 with a £9m contract win with a plant hire business that has recently expanded into Nottingham.
Following a £115m order from the US Army and a £5.5m deal with a Scottish plant hire business, the Rocester-based group has secured a new order for 160 of its Loadall telescopic handlers.
Nixon Hire, which operates from 14 depots across the UK and one in Doha, Qatar, will take delivery of the new machines over the next few weeks. The machines have been bough...
