Weetabix workers set to strike in Northants

Workers at Weetabix's plants in Corby and Kettering are set to strike in the new year over a dispute in shift patterns. Usdaw workers will walk out following a breakdown in discussions between Weetabix and the union on the company's proposal to vary shift patterns. The union’s members have voted by 91.7% for industrial action, on a turnout of 69.5%.
