Burger chain to close Nottingham restaurant as 163 jobs are axed

The Nottingham outlet of the Handmade Burger Co. has shut along with eight others across the UK after administrators axed 163 jobs. Leonard Curtis Business Rescue and Recovery have made the decision to close the Nottingham branch, which was opened in the intu Victoria Centre in Nottingham in 2015, along with restaurants in Gateshead, Glasgow (2), Wakefield, Birmingham, Newcastle (2) and Leeds.
