Wakemans appointed on £26m development

National property and construction consultancy, Wakemans, has been appointed by Travelodge, the UK’s largest independent hotel brand, on a £26 million development at Aldgate, East London. Wakemans has been appointed to provide a Tenant’s Agent role for a new 395 bed nine storey hotel to be built on Middlesex Street, close to Aldgate and Aldgate East tube stations.
