Following a very successful 2015, it’s fair to say that the commercial property market was holding its breath for much of the first half of 2016 as it awaited the result of the historic EU Referendum.

Speculation was rife that a ‘Leave’ majority would lead to a slowdown in take up and that many manufacturers would quit the UK altogether, taking their jobs and their property needs with them.
