IM Properties completes ‘mega shed’ for Euro Car Parts

ONE of the West Midlands’ largest ever distribution units has been completed at IM Properties’ Birch Coppice Business Park in North Warwickshire.

The 778,000 sq ft unit will act as the national distribution centre for automotive component supplier Euro Car Parts, which secured a 20 year pre-let on the building.
