Pub giant appoints new chairman

Wolverhampton pub group Marston's has appointed Lazard chief executive William Rucker as its new chairman. He replaces Roger Devlin, who stepped down after five years following his decision to become chairman of housebuilder Persimmon. Carolyn Bradley has been interim chairman since Devlin's departure at the end of May.
