Big brands in the bag for Bromsgrove Retail Park
IM Properties' (IMP) has confirmed that Home Bargains and The Food Warehouse will join Lidl at its Bromsgrove Retail Park.
With all three retailers set to be open by Christmas, the Birmingham Road site is almost fully occupied, with talks underway with two leisure operators to take the last remaining unit.
Harry Goodman, IMP's asset manager, said: "We're extremely pleased to bring these retailers to Bromsgrove to sit alongside Lidl, who we signed at the beginning of the year.
