City centre residential scheme approved
A development of 379 apartments in Birmingham’s Southside district has been given the go-ahead by the planning committee at Birmingham City Council.
The Timber Yard, a joint venture between Galliard Homes and Apsley House Capital, will provide a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments, along with 10,000 sq ft of ground floor commercial units.
