Demand for property to service the online retail sector continues to be high after the latest letting at the heart of the West Midlands transport network. Online fulfilment company Western Post UK has agreed a 15-year deal for 67,800 sq ft at Solar Park in Solihull. The property, which was recently refurbished after John Lewis moved out, is close to the M42 and Birmingham Airport.
