West Midlands house prices to grow in 2018

A rise in West Midland's house prices of around 4.8% is forecast for 2018, against a forecast rise of only 1.8% for the UK as a whole. PwC's latest Economic Outlook suggests that average house prices in the West Midlands will rise from £185,000 to £225,000 by 2022.
