The Ticket Factory (TTF), previously known as the NEC Box Office, has formed a new commercial team to generate more sales and improve the profitability of the business.
Launched in 2007, TTF has grown to become one of the UK's primary ticket sales and distribution companies for music concerts, sporting events, festivals, comedy shows, theatres and exhibitions.
