Appointments: Birmingham Office Market Forum; GVA
The Birmingham Office Market Forum (BOMF) has appointed JLL's head of office agency, Jonathan Carmalt, as its new chairman.
He takes over from CBRE’s Ashley Hancox after he completed his year in office.
The organisation, founded in 2007, co-ordinates take-up and stock availability statistics for Birmingham’s office market.
