£175,000 given to restore Grade II listed building

A Birmingham art gallery and artist studios complex is launching a three-year project to restore a Grade II listed building in Digbeth with £175,000 funding. Working with Homes England, Grand Union aims to turn the derelict Junction Works building on Fazeley Street  into an art gallery and artist studios. The project has received a £25,000 grant from the Architectural Heritage Fund, and £150,000 from Esmée Fairbairn Foundation.
