Housebuilder to deliver residential scheme at Blythe Valley
Housebuilder Crest Nicholson Midlands has signed a deal to deliver 125 homes at the Blythe Valley Park development in Solihull.
Crest Nicholson will work with IM Properties (IMP) to help deliver the homes, including apartments, and three- and four-bed properties, of which 31 will be affordable. The majority will be available to purchase on the government-backed Help to Buy scheme.
Crest Nicholson will submit reserved matters applications later in the month, which will detail plans for its scheme.
