Real estate company acquires third unit in Worcester business park

A real estate company has acquired a unit of a £120m building in Worcester,  located off junction six of the M5.

Liberty Property Trust acquired a pre-let industrial unit at the 140,000 sq ft building Worcester Six business park - taking its total to three industrial units in the building.
