Claverley Group becomes majority shareholder in publisher

The Claverley Group has taken a majority shareholding in Kennedy Enterprises, a publisher of children’s magazines.

The agreement has been made with a view to support further growth of Kennedy, who publishes 25 magazines, and has annual copy sales close to £4m.

Kennedy Publishing, the company under which Kennedy Enterprise trades, will continue to operate from its current base in Wick, near Bristol.
