Solihull workspace provider invests £1.3m in London refurbishment
Solihull-based services offices group, UBC is to upgrade facilities at one of its sites in London as part of a £1.3m refurbishment programme.
UBC, based at Birmingham Business Park, operates fully-serviced workspace over two floors at The Mille, a prominent office building at 1000 Great West Road in Brentford, West London.
The refurbishment follows a deal on a new long-term lease agreement.
