Developer completes £9m commercial scheme with deal for 26,000 sq ft unit
The latest phase of a £9m development is now full after a Warwickshire property company agreed the final pre-sale to an expanding fabric company.
Following the pre-sale of a 38,555 sq ft office and manufacturing facility to Ilecsys last summer, AC Lloyd has now sold purpose-built 26,000 sq ft premises in Kites Park, Princes Risborough to Curtains & Linens.
