Fortis Living appoints contractors to its largest ever residential scheme
Fortis Living has appointed Malvern-based building contractor Speller Metcalfe to begin work on 92 new affordable homes in Malvern.
The 92-dwelling affordable housing development at Pickersleigh Grove will replace the previous 42-home non-traditional post-war development which was demolished in 2016 and will extend to land adjacent the site purchased by Fortis Living.
The multi-million pound development is Fortis Living's largest land-led scheme and Speller Metcalfe's largest residential scheme to date.
