Housing group acquires 100 homes to strengthen provision of affordable properties
A West Midlands housing group has acquired a portfolio of more than 100 properties in Warwickshire to strengthen its affordable housing provision.
Harris Lamb's residential land team brokered the deal on behalf of client Persimmon Homes.
The houses, located at sites in Coventry, Rugby and Leamington, have been acquired by West Mercia Housing Group.
