Children’s nursery plan for former Edgbaston offices
Former offices in Edgbaston are to be converted into a children's nursery under new plans submitted to Birmingham City Council.
Childbase Partnership is proposing to house the new facility in building at 21 and 22 Calthorpe Road, in the Edgbaston Conservation Area.
The building, which comprises two former semi-detached houses, was constructed in the 1820s and remodelled in the 1880s. It is Grade II listed and currently unoccupied.
