Warwickshire construction contractor Stepnell is completing its final phase of work on a new support centre in Birmingham for charity Sense. Designed by Glenn Howells Architects, the £14m TouchBase Pears centre in Bristol Road, Selly Oak was developed in close consultation with adults and children with disabilities.
