Global software firm becomes first tenant of refurbished office scheme
Nurton Developments has signed the first occupier to its latest Birmingham city centre scheme, following the completion of a £2.7m refurbishment project.
Software company Bentley Systems, a family-owned corporation based in the United States, has taken the entire third floor at 4 Temple Row.
Bentley was founded in the early 1980s and now runs operations in more than 50 countries from its Pennsylvania headquarters.
