St. Modwen offloads student accommodation scheme in near £90m deal
Property group St. Modwen has sold a student accommodation scheme in a deal worth almost £90m.
The Longbridge-based group sold its 45-year leasehold interest in its purpose-built student accommodation at Swansea University Bay Campus for £87.3m to University Partnerships Programme, a specialist provider of on-campus student accommodation and support services.
The assets sold comprise St. Modwen's interests in the completed student accommodation buildings, including ancillary commercial leases.
