Millennim Point releases office space to capitalise on HS2
Suites of new offices have been released at Millennium Point as the Eastside building looks to capitalise on its proximity to Birmingham’s HS2 station.
It is the first time space has become available in the landmark building since 2015.
The offices, which range in size from 818 sq ft to nearly 2,500 sq ft, are being targeted at organisations with interests in STEM (science, technology, engineering and maths) and those involved in the design and development of the new high speed rail station.
