Private equity firm completes £70m sale of Midlands manufacturer
NorthEdge Capital has completed the sale of a Midlands manufacturing business in a deal worth £70m.
DW3 Products Holding manufactures high quality premium door solutions and window systems from bases in Stoke-on-Trent and Gloucester, with brand names such as Solidor, Residor, Nicedor, and Residence.
DW3’s net sales for the 12 months ended December 2017 were approximately £45m.
The business, which employs 300 people across the two sites, has been sold to US-based Masonite International Corporation, itself a global designer...
