A Birmingham trade park has been sold to property investors in a deal worth £1.66m. Quidnet Capital has sold the Albion Trade Park to Ribston UK Industrial Property Unit Trust in a deal that reflects a net initial yield of 5.37%. The trade counter scheme, which lies on the A41 in Handsworth totals 13,519 sq ft (1,256 sq m) across four units.
