A London business college is expanding into Birmingham to capitalise on its strong academic market. The London School of Commerce (LSC) is understood to have signed an agreement with office provider Bruntwood to take space at one of its city centre sites. Bruntwood in turn, has applied to Birmingham City Council for planning permission to change the use of the entire 17th floor and part of the 18th of the McLaren Building from offices to an educational facility.
